About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Architect to lead our engineering organization. As a critical individual contributor and architectural leader, you will drive the long-term technical vision of our platform.

You will guide how we design, build, and evolve scalable, reliable systems across multiple squads. Your expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and serverless/cloud-native architectures will help us transition from a monolithic application toward a modern, distributed architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-squad architecture efforts to shape technical direction across domains
  • Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems for outstanding performance and reliability
  • Champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD) practices and empower teams to structure software around clear domain boundaries
  • Advocate for event-driven system design using distributed messaging tools like Kafka and SQS
  • Educate engineers on architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices across the organization
About You

We seek a collaborative team player with strong systems thinking, who can simplify complex problems. You should have experience in Ruby/RoR, proficiency in multiple programming languages, and a deep understanding of cloud platforms and containerization.
