Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead our Webflow-based projects. As a key member of our team, you will define the technical vision for assigned projects and generate new frameworks, concepts, and methodologies within the solution architecture field.

Given broad business direction, you will be responsible for crafting your own roadmap and creating challenging yet achievable projects, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges at a strategic level.
  • Complex Requirements Analysis: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into innovative and future-proof technical solutions.
  • Concept Generation: Generate and promote new concepts, principles, and methods within the solution architecture discipline.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions, considering emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Technology Integration: Select and integrate cutting-edge technologies (hardware, software, cloud) to build robust and efficient solutions, including Webflow, React, Node.js, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related technical role (e.g., software development, DevOps, systems engineering).
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow, ReactJS and Node.js.
  • 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation, with expertise in a specific domain (e.g., cloud computing, security).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex technical projects.
  • Mastery of a broad range of technical skills relevant to the role, including cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and IT security.
  • Strong ability to generate innovative solutions and develop new approaches within the solution architecture field.
  • Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and consider long-term implications.
