Immersive VR Shopping Experience Lead

We are seeking a talented technical leader to provide vision and guidance for our immersive VR shopping experience project. This role requires strong expertise in C# and Unity, as well as back-end knowledge in Python and AWS-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of VR scenes, animations, avatars, and interactive gameplay mechanics, ensuring seamless integration with 3D assets and avatar animations. They will also collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate Python and AWS-based services into Unity solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical leadership and guidance for Unity/VR development projects
  • Leading the design and implementation of VR scenes, animations, avatars, and interactive gameplay mechanics
  • Overseeing integration of 3D assets and avatar animations into Unity, ensuring smooth interactions and immersive experiences
  • Collaborating with back-end engineers to integrate Python and AWS-based services into Unity solutions
  • Establishing and enforcing best practices for coding standards, architecture, security, and performance
  • Mentoring and supporting developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing technical team

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Unity Developer
  • Strong expertise in Unity (C#) for VR development
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, animations, avatars, and Unity animation systems
  • Experience with back-end development in Python
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and NLP-based solutions
  • Ability to define technical architecture and ensure scalability and performance in real-time applications
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Fluent English for working with international teams and stakeholders
