We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Business Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant onboarding program. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and support a team of agents to ensure seamless delivery of onboarding and engagement touchpoints to new restaurants.
  • Training and Development: Develop, test, and iterate training materials and communication deliverables to improve restaurant activation and satisfaction.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze operational data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and optimize agent performance and content effectiveness.
  • Best Practices: Document and implement best practices across markets, ensuring consistency while allowing for local adaptation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Ops, Marketing) to ensure a seamless and customer-centric restaurant experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of working experience, including at least 2 years experience working with BPO.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
  • Skills: Excellent execution & communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and execute at scale.
  • Personal Qualities: A goal-oriented, self-driven approach, with the adaptability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
  • Customer Focus: Must be customer focused and possess the ability to develop creative solutions to a variety of complex problems.
