Financial Operations Specialist

Maintaining efficient and effective invoice processing is crucial for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and intercompany transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurate input of applicable taxes into the IFS system in accordance with tax rules.
- Proper archive and organization of invoices, accounting documents, and support documentation.
- Liaising and following up with vendors and internal staff regarding invoices with discrepancies.
- Verification that foreign exchange contracts adhere to Central Bank regulations (import, export, capital increase, dividends, and others).
- Conducting account reconciliations such as bank, creditor accounts, accruals, etc., and supporting monthly and year-end closing.
- Liaison work with external/internal auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or relevant field.
- Prior experience with IFS systems is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, analytical, structured, and systematic approach.
- Effective communication across organizational boundaries.
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Fluent English (oral and written).
