Job Overview

This role involves coordinating vessels within your scope, ensuring compliance with processes, standards, and procedures. You will be responsible for attending and boarding vessels as required, advising on contractors for goods and services, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and board vessels as needed, adhering to SOPs and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate assigned port calls and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide quotations for goods and services, taking into account market rates and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with port services processes and the use of operating systems.
  • Monitor vessel operations and report business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Mariitime background with experience in Ships Agency Operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and make sound judgments.
  • Familiar with port and local authority regulations and procedures.
