Compensation and Employee Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation and Employee Management Specialist
The ideal candidate will oversee the pre-liquidation of salaries and their impact on earnings, as well as manage employee registration and termination processes.
Main responsibilities include:
- Salary Pre-Liquidation Supervision: Ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Efficiently manage employee registration and termination processes.
- Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance existing procedures.
- External Collaboration: Work with external entities and suppliers to achieve organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare required reports for management or other control areas.
Requirements:
- Advanced Education: Possess a degree related to the field of human resources or a similar area.
- Work Experience: Hold at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Legal Knowledge: Be familiar with Law 20,744 and its application.
- Earnings Category Understanding: Have knowledge of the 4th earnings category.
- Service Company Background: Possess experience working in service companies.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrate an advanced level of English proficiency.
