About the Role:

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payables Finance Assistant will be responsible for making payment reports, credit card reports, and any accounts payables-related transactions in the accounting system (Dynamics 365).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, validate, enter, and archive vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Conciliate bank transactions.
  • Participate in the month-end close of the A/P module promptly.
  • Be capable of issuing reports using Excel and Dynamics D365.
  • Adhere to all month-end deadlines.
  • Be hands-on and focused.
  • Have a fast learning ability.
  • Be detail-oriented, professional, and reliable.
  • Comply with applicable company policies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office, with highlights on Excel.
  • ERP basic knowledge. D365 is desirable.
  • Teamwork ability.
