Job Description
  • Ensure the accomplishment of production objectives, upholding quality, quantity, cost, and deadline requirements.
  • Manage area expenses, oversee production scheduling, product quality, and necessities for labor, materials, and inventory.
  • Supervise the team of operators and other production experts, applying management strategies to ensure product quality.
  • Plan daily production, forecast needs (labor and raw materials), and oversee preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Define and schedule the operational plan, analyzing product demand, production capacity, and necessary auxiliary resources.
  • Establish actions to meet productivity, yield, and fixed cost control goals.
  • Monitor progress toward goals, propose corrective actions, and track results monthly.

  • Team management, production planning, and control skills.
  • Knowledge of technical production indicators.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and controlling production processes.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

A Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Food Chemistry, or related fields is required.
