Job Description

We are a global leader in premium drinks with over 200 brands sold across nearly 180 countries.

The role of Senior Data Analyst plays a key part in shaping our Data Strategy by driving foundational structure on MarTech Stack, actionable insights and solutions that enhance the consumer experience and optimize marketing performance throughout various touchpoints in the Consumer Journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Impact: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute data-driven solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to data quality, integrity, and compliance standards throughout the data lifecycle, in line with global data vision and principles.
  • Advanced Modeling and Analysis: Develop sophisticated models and algorithms utilizing data from diverse sources such as CRM, media, events, and social media, to analyze and forecast consumer trends and behaviors effectively.
  • Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Design and build self-service dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights and actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns, content, customer segmentation, and personalization efforts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex data findings and proposed solutions in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, facilitating informed decision-making.

Success for this position means being able to apply analytical and creative skills to various data-related challenges, such as finding new insights, developing new methods, or improving existing processes.

Effective communication, project management, collaboration with other teams and stakeholders, and demonstrating initiative and curiosity in exploring new data sets and methodologies are essential qualities for this role.
