Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced analytics solutions that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Create documentation and business plans aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, data science/R&D, and Product Management to support analytics models and data solutions.
  • Manage data from single sources or enterprise data marts, applying project management skills to complete scoped projects with guidance.
  • Enhance and automate current-state reporting and analytics to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the evolution of analytical capabilities by interpreting insights and defining business needs in partnership with established teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in English (Interview in English)
  • Bachelor's degree in Math / Statistics / Finance / Computer Science / Data Engineering / Decision Science / Data Science
  • Insurance Experience;
