Job Description

As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for leading and implementing activities prioritized in Agile ceremonies, installing, configuring, testing, and documenting system changes. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with other IT technical areas, while your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with other IT technical areas
• Lead and implement activities prioritized in Agile ceremonies
• Install, configure, test, and document system changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical and soft skills. Key qualifications include:
• Infrastructure on-prem (Server and networking)
• Regular Windows Server knowledge for setup and troubleshooting
• ACL (AD and Local Server) understanding
• Good understanding of TPC/IP for basic troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, organization, and work under pressure skills
• Fluency in English
