Service Orientator

Our team is seeking a skilled Service Orientator to join our ranks. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the distribution and coordination of tasks within their designated units, providing training and resolving employee doubts, and ensuring operational, safety, quality, and environmental goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in utility and ETEL production processes, working as an operator or supervisor in field and panel operations. They should possess strong organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with others.

As a Service Orientator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. You will be responsible for operating equipment using control panels and field equipment as necessary, visually inspecting panels and monitors, recording parameters such as pressure, flow, and temperature in daily reports, and making necessary adjustments.

You will also be responsible for monitoring equipment conditions based on input from sector responsible personnel, completing service orders, and coordinating with relevant departments. Additionally, you will identify maintenance/cleaning needs, update machine shutdown plans collaboratively with shift supervision, and develop or review operational procedures for startup and shutdown (scheduled and emergency).
