Senior TPM and JIPM Performance Specialist – Brazil

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive performance improvement initiatives in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Just-In-Time Integrated Management (JIPM) methodologies.

About the Role

The Senior TPM and JIPM Performance Specialist will be responsible for supporting internal and external client plants, developing new product and process offerings, and facilitating implementation challenges.

  • Develop and deliver educational materials to clients to communicate performance system principles.
  • Identify client opportunities and propose implementation solutions.
  • Coach and facilitate clients through implementation challenges.
  • Monitor progress against timelines and develop contingency plans.
  • Conduct audits to ensure effective transfer of education to clients.
Key Responsibilities

The Senior TPM and JIPM Performance Specialist will also provide feedback to leadership on implementation successes and challenges, contribute to continuous improvement by identifying best practices, and develop new techniques and product offerings for the division.

This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across organizational levels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of TPM based on JIPM methodology.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to transfer knowledge effectively.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to communicate across organizational levels.
