Job Description
This is a key role within our organization that involves supporting both internal and external clients in the implementation of TPM and JIPM methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interface Role:
- Deliver educational materials to clients on the principles of Performance System implementation.
- Provide leadership by identifying client opportunities and developing implementation solutions.
- Teach, coach and facilitate clients' movement through implementation obstacles.
- Track progress against implementation timelines and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Conduct audits to ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients.
- Internal Support Role:
- Provide clear, concise feedback to leadership on successes and challenges during implementations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and offerings by identifying best practices.
- Develop new techniques and product offerings for the division.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of TPM based on JIPM methodology.
- Ability to transfer knowledge through good written and oral communication skills.
- Sound understanding of manufacturing and comfort level communicating with all levels in an organization.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
