We are seeking a seasoned revenue growth professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth initiatives.
- Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new strategies.
- Take ownership of key accounts and work closely with team members to win new business.
- Apply innovative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive results.
- 5-7 years of experience in revenue sales/growth within a large-scale B2B Fintech/SaaS environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales success in Fintech, SaaS, or complex systems ($250K-1MM+).
- Strong pipeline management and lead funnel process skills.
- Able to participate in strategy development for new product ideas and estimate reliable revenue impact.
- Energized and engaged about opportunities to sell.
- Proven ability to execute on a revenue growth strategy.
- Fintech/SaaS technology sales background.
- Strong understanding of Tech and ability to interact with C-Suite prospects (CEO & CTO) when necessary.
- Exceptional communication and conceptual thinking skills.
- Passionate about the Crypto and Blockchain space.
- Must be fluent in English.
