Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, strong relationship-building skills, and experience managing the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with target customers and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, including prospecting, outreach, and negotiation.
  • Work closely with management to identify challenges and provide recommended solutions.
  • Collaborate with your team to share industry news, sales best practices, and experiences.

About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Tech.
  • Proven track record of driving and closing deals.
  • Successfully sold into mid-market commercial accounts.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English required.
