Responsibilities

    • Lead experienced professionals or subordinate managers. Ensure team members work safely, effectively, and with minimal errors.">
    • Manage personnel details, including salaries, position adjustments, hiring, firing, performance reviews, coaching, and development opportunities.">
    • Oversee project management and incident resolution.">
    ">
  • Project / Infrastructure Site Management:">
    • ">
    • Plan, coordinate, and approve budgets for projects and maintenance within data centers.">
    • Ensure overall site capacity management, including multi-site capabilities.">
    ">
  • Vendor Management:">
    • ">
    • Ensure teams meet Equinix's required standards (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).">
    ">
  • Testing:">
    • ">
    • Verify correct processes are followed and all documentation is complete.">
    • Assume responsibility for new builds and infrastructure construction.">
    • Approve maintenance operation protocol scripts and permits.">
    • Participate in new facility/infrastructure design teams.">
    ">
  • Incident Management:">
    • ">
    • Communicate and coordinate activities during complex incidents.">
    • Drive root cause analysis and provide clear direction.">
    • Obtain approval for incident resolutions.">

Qualifications

  • ">
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience or equivalent work experience (12+).">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.">
