Job Title: Data Center Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data center operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex infrastructure and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize data center performance and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot data center systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of data center services.
  • Identify and address technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, datacenters, networking, operating systems or hardware.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and on shift-based schedules as required.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with technical concepts of computing infrastructure.
  • Experience with networks and PC hardware architecture including maintenance and repair.
  • Expertise in data center design, construction, and operations.
