Strategic Data Center Operations Leader

Oversee the design and operation of complex electrical and HVAC systems in data centers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and meet stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate team priorities that align with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with teams to manage facility activities and implement short- and long-term strategies.
  • Maintain, monitor, and execute security and operational procedures, analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep on equipment, servers, machines, and infrastructure based on identified issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, datacenters, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and shift-based schedules as required.
