Our organization is seeking a seasoned expert to oversee critical operational processes across multiple data center environments.

We aim to build the fastest and easiest-to-use developer-centric single-tenant Cloud infrastructure. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will lead and support seamless functioning of our global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include leading execution and coordination of operational tasks involving infrastructure services, performing rack and stack activities, hardware installation, and in-cabinet maintenance.

You will manage relationships and workflows with remote data center techs, configure and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems, and conduct root cause analysis.

Additionally, you will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot out-of-band management platforms, support and improve internal operational documentation, workflows, and escalation procedures.

Mentoring junior team members is also an essential part of this role.

The ideal candidate should have advanced English communication skills, proven experience with server hardware, strong understanding of data center standards, and proficiency with monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and incident handling workflows.

A solid knowledge of Linux system administration, working knowledge of Windows Server environments, and familiarity with RAID technologies, disk provisioning, and troubleshooting storage systems are required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar working experience is mandatory. Prior experience in a senior role within a data center operations or infrastructure support team is highly desirable.
