Data Center Operations Manager Job

Lead a team of individuals in designing and operating complex electrical and HVAC systems. Partner with teams to meet organizational goals, set/implement short- and long-term strategies, maintain/monitor security and operational procedures, track/analyze trends, repair/maintain equipment and infrastructure, and contribute to Environmental Health and Safety programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, datacenters, networking, operating systems, or hardware
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and on shift-based schedules
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with technical concepts of computing infrastructure
  • Experience with networks and PC hardware architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
