Critical Environment Program Manager Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Environment Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a data center.
]The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams. Key responsibilities include:
">- Oversight of day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a data center;
- Management of planned preventative and corrective electrical and/or mechanical equipment;
- Utilization of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to monitor performance of electrical plant and machinery;
- Development of work orders and allocation of work to technicians for completion;
- Inspection of completed work to ensure standards are achieved;
- Ensuring compliance with infrastructure operations standardization;
- Acting as an escalation point for facilities-related issues within the data center;
- Management of small-to-medium projects from conception to completion;
- Reporting on critical infrastructure operational and maintenance KPIs;
- Cordination of CE audits and compliance verifications;
- Identification and remediation of vulnerabilities;
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Techincal College degree Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese language skills;
- Minimum 2+ years experience in building maintenance in critical environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or related fields;
- Able to work on site in Campinas, State of Sao Paulo 5 days a week.
