Job Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position focused on overseeing the implementation and maintenance of production and non-production application environments, including infrastructure design documentation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting large-scale, mission-critical solutions and possess a deep understanding of Oracle DB and Middleware operation and administration.

  • Plan and manage execution of Production Release Readiness, Operation Readiness Tests, and Disaster Recovery Exercises.
  • Manage system health monitoring, including capacity, performance, data retention procedures.
  • Maintain environment capacity plans and configure audits.

The ideal candidate will be able to investigate issues, identify restoration paths during major production incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and deliver RCA to stakeholders. They will also work with cross-functional teams to resolve environmental issues and communicate with stakeholders regarding environment operations.

Responsibilities include implementing Performance Management processes, identifying requirements for automated procedures and tools, analyzing risks and impact of solution change requests, and driving process improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management with focus on infrastructure and operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
