Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team focused on consulting projects for the Infrastructure sector, with a strong emphasis on safety, project management, and implementation.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a mix of operational rigor, consulting expertise, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Infrastructure consulting team in Latin America.

  • Deliver safety-related consulting projects and implementation initiatives for clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, building and expanding long-term relationships.

  • Ensure high-quality execution of projects and alignment with client goals.

  • Collaborate with the global Infrastructure Industry Team to bring thought leadership and global best practices to the LA region.

  • Contribute to business development by participating in industry events, building networks, and identifying new opportunities.

  • Actively support the growth of the Infrastructure practice, including the development of internal capabilities and team coaching.
