Job Title: Investment Officer, Public Private Partnership

Job Description

This role involves leading the implementation of advisory mandates in various infrastructure sectors. The incumbent will work closely with clients to prepare reports, interact with stakeholders, and develop financial models.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of public-private partnerships (PPPs) and different structures for engaging private participation in delivering infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the implementation of advisory mandates;
  • Developing financial models and interacting with clients;
  • Preparing reports and working with stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with diverse project teams on multiple transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in business, finance, or economics;
  • At least 4-7 years of experience in business consulting, project finance, investment banking, and/or infrastructure economics;
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure business and experience in working with different infrastructure sub-sectors;
  • Strong track record of contractual and/or financial closings of infrastructure transactions;
  • Experience in dealing with government clients, investors, and multiple stakeholders of infrastructure projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
