  • Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability.", "
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal standards.", "
  • Administer major infrastructure contracts (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, EPC) and manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution.", "
  • Monitor project financial performance and provide regular commercial reports to senior leadership.", "
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to optimize delivery and cost efficiency.", "
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, including regulatory, environmental, and stakeholder-related risks.", "
  • Support bid preparation and tender submissions for public and private sector infrastructure projects.", "
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards in all commercial activities.", "
