About this opportunity

The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations will guide the Align process and projects for critical parts of the business to ensure efficiency across the organization and drive the optimization of systems and processes. The focus for this role will be enhancing complex processes that span operational teams for the Americas.

You have the passion to constantly look for improvements through process, systems, or infrastructure changes. You will identify and lead the need for change. You will lead the optimization of sales efforts with the Americas Special Markets strategic sales teams by supporting all new sales programs, contract strategies, and the development of sales tools.

You must enjoy working cross-functionally and building effective, strong relationships with all assigned business partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Training, and Business Intelligence/IT teams). Ability to influence without authority is critical for this role. You will be the key person for understanding unmet needs of customers in terms of processes, policies, tools, infrastructure, and other activities, and building a plan of action to execute with counterparts and internal stakeholders.
