Job Title: Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

This role involves leading or supporting the global transition from manual absence tracking to full Workday integration, as well as improving business process logic across the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to think creatively, and have a solid understanding of HR processes and systems architecture.

  • The primary responsibility is to design, configure, and maintain Workday modules including Absence, Time Tracking (smaller population), and Business Processes.
  • You will partner with HR, Payroll, and other key stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into system design, and implement solutions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience with a focus on Absence, Time Tracking, and Business Process configuration.
  • Proven ability to lead or support Workday implementations, rollouts, or cross-country projects.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and systems architecture.
