Workday Absence and Business Process Expert

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR technology initiatives, with a focus on absence management, time tracking, and business process configuration.

This consultant will lead or support the Workday Absence and Time Tracking project rollout in countries currently tracking absence outside of Workday. They will design, configure, and maintain Workday modules including Absence, Time Tracking (smaller population), and Business Processes.

  • Business Analysts: Use data to uncover trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Process Optimizers: Simplify and automate processes to create better experiences.
  • Technology Partners: Align technology with real business needs in collaborative environments.

The successful candidate has minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience, with a strong focus on Absence, Time Tracking, and Business Process configuration. Proven ability to lead or support Workday implementations, rollouts, or cross-country projects is required. Solid understanding of HR processes and systems architecture is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules for Absence, Time Tracking, and Business Processes.

• Lead or support Workday implementations, rollouts, or cross-country projects.

• Collaborate with HR teams, Payroll, and Workday support to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday experience.

• Strong focus on Absence, Time Tracking, and Business Process configuration.

• Proven ability to lead or support Workday implementations, rollouts, or cross-country projects.
