Process Manager Job Summary

Evaluate established processes, develop improvement strategies and facilitate changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize plant equipment performance through technical assistance
  • Analyze system/equipment under-performance to determine cause and develop solutions
  • Contribute to process department technical plan development and administration
  • Provide data support to relevant functions
  • Manage Process team in the organization terms of day-to-day project allocation and development
Requirements:

To be successful as a Process Manager you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or process control management
  • 4+ years' experience as a process manager
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry processes
  • English language proficiency

  • Ability to identify cost-saving measures and improvement strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of business management software
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams
