- Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data professionals, fostering their growth in machine learning and data science.
- Communication: Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, utilizing clear and compelling storytelling.
- Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience: Demonstrated success in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in machine learning and/or data science. Experience in the media and/or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Linux; familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow; expertise in statistical analysis, encompassing hypothesis testing, regression, and time series analysis; and knowledge of data visualization using Python frameworks like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
