We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineers to translate business problems into actionable insights.
- Develop complex data features from large datasets to improve model accuracy and business performance.
- Maintain high standards for data quality and integrity, ensuring robust datasets for advanced analytics.
- Analyze and troubleshoot model performance, addressing issues like concept drift and data degradation.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of scientific rigor, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering their growth through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
Familiarity with Python, PySpark, cloud data platforms, data warehousing, machine learning models, and MLOPS is essential.
Prior experience with Git code versioning workflow and platforms is also necessary.
