About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team at Revolut Ltd. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for improving customer relationship management for Revolut Brazil, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM automation strategies to improve product activation and retention
  • Manage and optimize Revolut's website in Brazil to provide a best-in-class customer experience
  • Lead and execute end-to-end campaigns and projects, from problem scoping to impact analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute business plans, launch and growth strategies
  • Design and implement scalable processes to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced industry, working with B2C products and services
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and drive business decisions
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts
