Financial Analyst Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work in the finance department of an organization.

As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analyses and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units and key stakeholders
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, providing insights into financial performance
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Performance Metrics Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health and performance of the business
  • Performance Metrics Monitoring: Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance financial performance
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Collaboration And Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and insights
  • Collaboration And Communication: Effectively communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analytics
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical, financial acumen, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Engineering
