As a senior financial and commercial expert, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth by optimizing commercial, financial, operational, and administrative processes within the international air cargo sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales strategies with freight forwarders through regular communication and virtual meetings
  • Promote airline products and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and follow up on accurate airfreight quotations that meet customer requirements
  • Oversee bookings, flight utilization, and cargo handling operations with partners to ensure efficient logistics
  • Lead financial tasks including invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and international payments to maintain financial stability

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, international trade, logistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in aviation, GSA, or freight forwarding with strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • Advanced Excel and office tools skills with ability to analyze complex data and create reports
  • Proficiency in English language with upper-intermediate level (B2/C1) and Spanish as an asset
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with proactive attitude and results-driven approach
