
Senior Property Claims Specialist

This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from our office in São Paulo 3 times a week.
- Dealing with Property and Engineering claims, seeking adequate compensation and advances for clients, building solid relationships between all stakeholders;
- Developing proactive strategies for resolving processes, ensuring adequate treatment for clients' claims;
- Developing training for clients and providing in-house training when necessary;
- Ensuring that necessary data is entered into the system for correct management of processes and guaranteeing quality of information (your own claims as well as those of the team);
- Identifying and sharing insights into actionable claims and lessons learned through alerts to the technical team;
- Encouraging the team to constantly seek improvement in processes and ensuring delivery of existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in the area, including credit claims;
- Supporting the relationship team;
- Keeping claims management and internal areas aware of potential losses and process developments;
- Seeking technical and behavioral development;
- Understanding, developing and appropriately using claims key performance indicators and other data to monitor performance;
- Preparing presentations and other necessary demands for customers and the internal team;
- Focusing on continuous improvement of the customer experience;
- Teamwork, especially seeking integration and direction of the team, to support the Manager.

Key skills and qualifications:
- Advanced English desirable;
- Academic background: Completed higher education;
- Experience with Property, Engineering and Credit Claims;
- Experience to lead with insurance, adjusters and/or Brokers;
- Experience with people management.
