Key Responsibilities- Handle complex Property and Engineering claims, securing adequate compensation and advances for clients, building solid relationships between all stakeholders;
- Develop proactive strategies for resolving processes, ensuring adequate treatment for clients' claims;
- Provide training for clients and offer in-house training when necessary;
- Ensure data is accurately entered into the system for correct process management and guarantee quality information;
- Identify and share insights into actionable claims and lessons learned through alerts to the technical team;
- Encourage continuous improvement in processes and ensure delivery of existing SLAs in the area, including credit claims;
- Support relationship teams;
- Maintain claims management and internal areas aware of potential losses and process developments;
- Seek technical and behavioral development;
- Understand, develop, and appropriately use key performance indicators and other data to monitor performance;
- Prepare presentations and other demands for customers and the internal team;
- Foster continuous improvement of the customer experience;
- Collaborate with the team to support the Manager.
