Cloud Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cloud Service Delivery Specialist. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, driving end-to-end customer engagement and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to discuss service quality and propose improvements.
  2. Deliver quarterly balanced scorecards with key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  3. Manage service and business planning meetings to understand client needs, explain SAP's cloud strategy, and drive adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
  4. Orchestrate onboarding and transition projects, managing overall service delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones.
  5. Act as single point of contact for service and support requirements, supporting delivery teams to perform root cause analysis and de-escalating critical customer situations.
  6. Support preparation of proposals, solution assessments, and service scoping exercises, ensuring feedback loop into development and operations units.
  7. Plan and manage customer release and maintenance activities, developing and implementing quality plans for clients.
  8. Ensure service plan execution for enhanced managed services and cloud application services, creating and delivering monthly service reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of one or more functional business processes, project management fundamentals, and infrastructure know-how.
  • Perspective on current IT trends, understanding of cloud business, and SAP cloud models/solutions/operation processes.
  • English verbal and written communication skills.
