Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on data integrity, validation strategy, and cloud solutions at a global level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data integrity strategies, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and industry best practices.
  • Drive the implementation of Computerized System Assurance across the organization, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance digitalization initiatives, promoting standardization and harmonization of GxP IT solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Data Integrity, Computerized System Validation, and Assurance, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Global IT Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a pharmaceutical company, preferably in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, IT, or Production, combined with in-depth knowledge of GxP regulations.
  • Self-starter mentality, high motivation to drive innovative solutions, and excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and remain resilient in the face of complex problems and challenging project timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and an additional language is desired (Spanish or Italian).
