Global Compliance Specialist

This role plays a vital part in supporting the implementation of our global compliance and privacy program. As Compliance Manager, Monitoring and Assessments LATAM, you will collaborate with leadership and Compliance Officers across various global businesses to provide intelligence and inform decision-making.
Your responsibilities include providing support to Latin American businesses and the ICM team through engagement with key stakeholders, including the Group Compliance Leader, ICM LatAm Leader, and country Compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities- You must demonstrate an understanding of auditing and assessment concepts, techniques, and relevant risk areas.
- Show ability to manage and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
- Develop managerial and influencing skills to drive results.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to anticipate and address complex issues proactively.
- Plan and implement annual Compliance Monitoring and Assessments programs at a global and regional level.
- Ensure that all monitoring and assessments are carried out in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
- Maintain awareness of regional and industry-specific compliance-related regulations, trends, and best practices.
