Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global mobility operations and be able to manage operational workflows with minimal supervision.
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, including process management, governance integration, compliance monitoring, and reporting. You will also be expected to partner with various teams to operationalize mobility policy updates and implement risk-mitigation protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes
- Develop process maps to gain efficiency and track regulatory changes
- Implement risk-based governance triggers into daily workflows
- Prepare monthly compliance dashboards for leadership review
- Partner with HRBPs, Tax, legal and Payroll teams to operationalize mobility policy updates
- Roll out communication plans for process changes and address employee resistance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5 years+ of experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution
- Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred
- GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred
