Job Position

This is a key role within the Hospitals and Healthcare sector as a Full-time position.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition processes, managing work hours control, onboarding new employees, and handling personnel routines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support in Talent Acquisition processes: management of candidates' applications and interface with managers;
  • Hiring new employees: collection of hiring documents, information for benefits inclusion, interface with operations teams to prepare work tools, interface with suppliers to prepare admission documents, collection of signatures on documents, and preparation of the employee's medical record;
  • Support in managing work hours control: inclusion and exclusion of employees in the system, monthly time recording, closure of timesheets;
  • Onboarding: organization of initial training with managers from all areas, organization of initial training with the hiring manager, verification of the mentor responsible for the new employee, and implementation of initial HR training covering benefits and company policies;
  • Personnel routine: management of clock control, annual leave, terminations, employee documents, labor contract preparation, and hiring exams;
  • Benefits administration: inclusion or exclusion of employees from benefits, arrangement for the purchase of benefits such as transportation, meal vouchers, fuel, and entry of payments in Concur;
  • Organizational culture: support in preparing and organizing events like birthday parties, cultural activities, and routines;
  • Handling of payments to departments: payroll suppliers, benefits, exams, etc.
