Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and performant SaaS applications and web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Mentor and lead engineering teams to drive technical excellence and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Python.
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
  • Advanced English for conversation.
  • Experience in building and maintaining scalable and performant SaaS applications and web services.
  • Experience developing backend services with known web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or other relational databases, including database design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EKS, etc.).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Redis and its application in caching and data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub portfolio.
  • Experience with Prefect or similar workflow orchestration tools.
