Microsoft 365 Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the broader M365 ecosystem, experience in designing and implementing collaborative workspaces, content management solutions, and digital employee experiences using M365 tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement digital collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Create and manage modern SharePoint sites with document libraries, metadata, permissions, content types, and approval workflows.
  • Implement and maintain governance strategies and best practices for Microsoft Teams, ensuring security, organization, and efficient integration with other tools.
  • Develop process automation flows with Power Automate and custom applications with Power Apps.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and enhance employee experience through M365 tools.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define requirements, map processes, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for M365 tool adoption and usage by users and teams.
  • Participate in content migration projects using tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or Mover.io.
  • Perform administrative tasks and automations in the M365 environment using PowerShell.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), including Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing apps.
  • Experience in customization and configuration: entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and model-driven apps.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse integration with Dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of business process flows, security roles, and environment strategy.
  • Familiarity with solutions and ALM practices within Dynamics 365.
  • Fluent English;
  • 5 years of experience;
  • Having already worked in consulting;
  • Complete degree;
