Seeking an experienced digital solutions professional to lead the implementation of Sitecore XP and XM Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic guidance on digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Sitecore platforms and hands-on technical skills across the Sitecore ecosystem. You will work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to develop and implement innovative digital solutions that drive results.

  • Digital Solutions Expertise:
  • Act as a consultant for marketing, product, and IT teams, providing technical and strategic guidance on the use of the Sitecore platform.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Develop and implement solutions using Sitecore XP and/or Sitecore XM Cloud, focusing on: Content management, Personalization of digital experiences, User data collection and analysis
  • Integrate Sitecore with other platforms and services, such as REST APIs, Azure services (e.g., Functions, App Services), CRM and ERP tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP), Customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Work with headless architectures using JSS, React, or Next.js to deliver scalable, omnichannel experiences.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Collaborate in automating deployments and maintaining Sitecore cloud environments (Azure).
  • Participate in content migrations and Sitecore version upgrades, including legacy versions or other CMS platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous modernization and evolution of the company's digital experience.
  • Work collaboratively with agile teams (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical teams, especially marketing and product.
