Job Description

As a skilled Sitecore consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients accelerate their digital transformation journey. With a strong background in enterprise content platforms and modern digital experience architectures, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities include acting as a consultant to marketing, product, and IT teams, providing technical and strategic guidance on the use of the Sitecore platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sitecore XP: content management, personalization, and analytics. They will also have experience working with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless implementations using JSS, React, or Next.js. Additionally, they should be familiar with Sitecore Composable DXP components, including Content Hub, Personalize, CDP, Send, Search, and OrderCloud.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to collaborate effectively with agile teams and communicate clearly with non-technical teams. A complete degree and at least 5 years of experience in consulting are also required.

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with competing DXP platforms, knowledge of UX/CX strategy, SEO best practices, and content architecture. Familiarity with Azure PaaS, App Services, Azure Functions, and Application Insights is also desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP: content management, personalization, and analytics.
  • Experience working with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless implementations using JSS, React, or Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore Composable DXP components: Content Hub, Personalize, CDP, Send, Search, OrderCloud.
  • Strong background in .NET development and integration of REST APIs, webhooks, and Azure services.
  • Experience with CI/CD in Sitecore environments (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Understanding of Sitecore upgrades and content migrations (from legacy versions or other CMS).
  • Fluent English;
  • 5 years of experience;
  • Having already worked in consulting;
  • Complete degree;
