Senior RPA Developer

We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior RPA Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions using UiPath.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions with UiPath.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical architectures and integrate systems.
  • Manage environments in UiPath Orchestrator, including queues, robots, and schedules.
  • Monitor, support, and perform maintenance on robots.
  • Work in agile teams, contributing to planning and technical alignment.
  • Document processes and solutions for auditing and reuse.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, with expertise in UiPath.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Proficiency in solution architecture design, with hands-on experience using REFramework or Enhanced REFramework.
  • Experience working in agile teams, with understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • 5 years of experience, having already worked in consulting, with a complete degree.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • UiPath or automation certifications and experience delivering RPA solutions at scale.
  • Project history with international clients, particularly in the US or Europe.
  • Proven knowledge of .NET development (e.g., C#, VB.Net).
