Compensation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to oversee payroll operations for Brazil and LATAM, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with local regulations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in payroll processing and management, specifically in Brazilian payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
  • Familiarity with US and Canada payroll systems is a plus.
