Logistics Operations Manager

Responsibilities- We are seeking a logistics expert to oversee the operation in Brazil, including courier delivery, fulfillment warehouses, reverse logistics, and reverse warehousing.
- This role is responsible for end-to-end logistics performance in different logistics models.
- The successful candidate will develop and manage key strategic relationships with partners, including 3PLs and logistics providers.
- They will conduct market and industry research, develop operational plans to address issues, and mitigate risks caused by market or policy changes.
- This position requires a proven track record of driving high performance and continuous team improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with an engineering, science, logistics transportation, or operations management background.
- At least 5+ years of working experience in logistics, with experience in an e-commerce platform being a plus.
- Solid working experience and relationships in 3PL management, preferably with couriers in Brazil.
- An excellent understanding of any segment of logistics operation, including data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, line haul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance.
